DEIRDRE G. BYERS

D is president and co-founder of Scofield Auctions. She is a licensed auctioneer in NH and is USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Apprasial Practice) compliant for personal property appraisals. She earned her CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) designation in 1990.

She specializes in textiles, pottery, and Native American artifacts. D has a master’s degree and was a computer analyst prior to her auction career.

D is the glue that hold us all together. She does all of the work behind the scenes and is our in-house expert photographer.

A lover of nature, D is an avid gardener, rock climber, and skier, usually getting in around 75 days each winter!
